I find the fibre slows the release of the sugars and I'm not as likely to feel hungry in a couple of hours, maybe that's just me :)Katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17887226240145811941noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1208714634507282247.post-34783056281380411012013-10-03T21:19:36.505-07:002013-10-03T21:19:36.505-07:00Congrats on making it a week! You're going so ...Congrats on making it a week! You're going so well. I think having some smoothies is a great idea :) all the goodness plus some fiber. Although juice does have fiber in it (just really small bits) so it's much of a much-ness.

I can totally relate to your tea detox- I used to drink about 6 mugs a day (my husband is on 8 atm!) so making the switch to herbal was much the same. If (?) you go back to drinking black tea go easy, having the caffeine after a juice feast can be a bit of a shock for the body.

Day 2 is always my bad day too and day 3 I feel sunny again... I think it just depends on the individual and how well you eat, still, it's good to know for next time!

Hope your next week of smoothies is grand and you continue to feel the benefits xxxCVhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07403901285425267132noreply@blogger.com
